Clearing the Lot

The thrill of owning your own piece of property is something fairy tales are made of, but for Margaret and Oliver it was a dream come true. It didn't matter how much work lay ahead of them because they were happy, and in it together.

And though the development of Laurel Canyon and the surrounding hills had been in full swing since the 1920's you can see that much of the area around the house at 2761 Laurel Canyon Blvd was still undeveloped.
